Two persons, including a woman, were arrested on the charge of duping people across western Odisha with false promise of providing jobs.
The accused were identified as Samrat Ray, 32, alias Rahul of Bada Bazar and Padmalaya Tandi, 34, alias Padmabati of Satupali in Sambalpur. The arrests were made on the basis of a complaint lodged at Burla police station.
