A FLEET of vintage Ford Model Ts arrived in Barnstaple as part of a nationwide centenary tour marking 100 years since the 250,000th British-built Model T first hit the road.

The visit to Taw Ford on Victoria Road saw classic car enthusiasts and curious locals gather to glimpse the vehicles.
The stop off on May 7 was part of recreating the epic 1925 journey that took the milestone car on a 3,600-mile route around Great Britain.
