JJG Aero seeks fresh fundraise

Aerospace components manufacturer JJG Aero Pvt. Ltd is looking to raise a new round of institutional funding almost a year after its last fundraising effort, at least two people familiar with the development told VCCircle.

The company, which counts homegrown mid-market private equity firm CX Partners among its financial backers, is aiming to raise over ₹200 crore in this round, the people said.

Mid-market investment bank Veda Corporate Advisors is assisting the company in scouting for potential investors, the people said.

It is still unclear whether CX Partners will participate in this funding round.

JJG Aero is in the early stages of discussions with both domestic and international investors.
