Arts festival returns with a packed programme to hit all the right notes

Preston Arts Festival returns to the city this month for its 24th outing.
Beginning tomorrow, the festival runs until Sunday, October 5 and will feature a variety of events across a number of venues in the city and beyond.
The festival is organised by Preston Arts Association (PAA), a self-funded not for profit organisation, which aims to promote, support and celebrate the rich diversity of culture and creativity in contemporary and traditional art forms.
