Dubai is rapidly cementing its position as one of the world’s most attractive investment destinations, with institutional and sophisticated investors — often referred to as “smart money” — pouring capital into the emirate’s thriving markets.

This trend is backed by hard data rather than marketing rhetoric, signalling a structural shift in Dubai's economic landscape.
According to Vijay Valecha, Chief Financial Officer at Century Financial, the influx of smart money reflects growing confidence in Dubai's fundamentals. "From real estate to capital markets, Dubai is firing on all cylinders. The diversity of investors and the scale of fund flows underscore the emirate’s evolution into a global financial hub," Valecha said.
