The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena and Shiv Sena (UBT) are yet to resolve the deadlock over a couple of seats for the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) polls as both parties enjoy influence in those areas of the city, an MNS functionary said.
