Folk told to use silent rockets
SPOILSPORT councils have taken the bang out of Bonfire night after telling events to use silent fireworks.
Families are also being urged to do the same in their gardens so they don't disturb neighbours.
Sandwell Council, West Mids, made the move after complaints rockets were too loud.
