AFTER a chaotic summer, Everton have their squad for the 2025-26 season set. Until the transfer window opens again in January at least.
‘The Blues were expected to be busy right up until the end of the summer window and they moved to sign Merlin Rohl ona loan deal.
‘The transfer includes an option to buy provided Everton avoid relegation, according to Rohl’s parent club Freiburg.
‘That amount is thought to be in the region of £18 million.
For a 23-year-old Germany youth international, manager David Moyes will be hopeful that amount turns out to bea bargain.
