ARYNA SABALENKA ended Iga Swiatek's reign at Roland-Garros to reach her first final in Paris.

The world No.1 played a perfect final set to hand the four-time champion her first loss at this tournament since 2021.

“It feels incredible, but I also understand that the job is not done yet,” the winner declared.

Sabalenka (top) snapped Swiatek's 26-match winning streak here with a 7-6 (1) 4-6 6-0 victory.

She will now face No. 2 seed Coco Gauff with both women hunting their first French Open crown.

Ahead of tomorrow's final, the Belarusian said: “I have to go out there and fight. I have to bring my best tennis, and work for that title, especially if it's going to be Coco.
