Cancer sucks but I'm holding on to the word 'early'

SINGER Jessie J says she is remaining positive after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

The 37-year-old says the disease was caught early, and she plans to have surgery after performing at Wembley Stadium this month.

Addressing fans in a video shared online, the Price Tag star said: "I was diagnosed with early breast cancer.

"Cancer sucks in any form but I'm holding on to the word 'early'.

"It's a very dramatic way to get a boob job. I am going to disappear for a bit after Summertime Ball to have my surgery, and I will come back with massive t*ts and more music."

Jessie, whose full name is Jessica Cornish, said she made her diagnosis public to help her process the news, and to show solidarity with others who are going through a similar experience.
