In a special tete-a-tete session with GLITZ, Love Chaudhary of AND Studio shares about his design principles, philosophies and ideologies behind some of the best projects from his diverse portfolio. For this month’s cover, it gives me great pleasure to present the Ahmedabad residence that encourages the use of clean, crisp lines with materials like glass and metal, achieving beauty through simplicity, is a design by Rajesh Sheth of Designer’s Circle. The material palette, colour schemes, textured walls and ceiling along with sensitively placed artifacts bring the spaces to life in the Anand home by Ashish Patel, Nikhil Patel, Nilesh Dalsania, Vasudev Sheta of Ace Associates. ZxP Design’s Smitha Zachariah models an ethnically modern décor in the Bangalore home using transitional furniture and a striking colour scheme. Rishabh Luniya from Rishabh Luniya and Associates adds pops of texture in the form of fabrics to tailor a peppy and playful appeal amidst the subtle colour palette of the Durg residence. An all-encompassing, subdued palette, minimal aesthetic and a tad bit of drama are the consistent elements in the Nashik house designed by Deepti Tangri of Deepti Tangri & Associates. The Raipur home by Prashant Agrawal of Creative Architects is a sanctuary of comfort and luxury with tactically segregated spaces across different floors. Thasleek V A of RAK Interiors’ design philosophy of paying attention to detail and designing with elegance has precisely been applied to fulfill the client’s requirements at the Cochin home.
