This month too we have a bouquet of terrific projects from some terrific designers with distinctive and inspiring spaces on offer. They are all ingeniously designed, meticulously planned and aesthetically outstanding. For this month's cover story we are excited to present this modern landscape design created by Vipul Patel Architect (VPA) in Ahmedabad defined by clean edges and an uncluttered look. Traversing through spaces that seamlessly flow into each other, New Delhi based Architect Aparna Kaushik designed the Farmhouse to make the best of nature with daylight bathing the corridors and large windows framing the garden views.
Manisha Shodhan Basu designed this residence in Ahmedabad with Happy Spaces that are alive, happy, healthy and human, climatically suitable and culturally their own. This residence has a personality that is borrowed from the owner and the spaces reflect the story of the client’s life, life style and life experiences.
This lavish apartment has been designed by Designer's Circle in the modern British style whilst keeping up the Scandinavian vibe. The work reflects strong Indian values, yet they are modern. The design is minimal and carries the essence of both simplicity and grandeur. Taking inspiration from the rich heritage & culture of Bhilwara, a textile city with colourful fabrics, the designers’ duo Ashwad Aghadi & Shabir Chandiwala of Studio 360 Interior Design made the cafe as colourful as fabrics. Café ‘Coffee Culture’ has been designed as a combination of modern and traditional outlook. The sarees and turban gives an eccentric look. The visitors are influenced by art, colourful fabrics and hand paintings done on walls. The Breathing Office at Manjeri in Kerela, is a story subtly nestled in the process of being given illustrious shape to its space by the architects from Tropical Architecture Bureau.
