Designed by Kapil Razdan & Seema Pandey of Arquite, the Satbari farmhouse harmonizes modern minimalism with natural beauty, while honoring the client’s Kashmiri heritage. Omkar Waingankar’s design of the Pune office is a blend of luxurious materials, custom-designed furniture, and innovative lighting solutions. The Ahmedabad house by Heli Patel & Samarth Patel of Siyaahi Architects masterfully combines Indian heritage with modern design, creating a rooted yet personalized living experience.
