Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Maharashtra Governor Acharya Devvrat visited NCP Rajya Sabha MP Sunetra Pawar, the wife of late Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, to offer their condolences after her husband's tragic demise in an air crash in Pune district's Baramati airport at 8.48 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
The late Ajit Pawar, who was 66 years old, is survived by his wife Sunetra Pawar, who is a Rajya Sabha MP, besides his two sons, Parth Pawar and Jay Pawar, as well as his (Ajit Pawar's) mother Ashatai Pawar who lives in Baramati.
