Reflecting on her side’s historic ICC Women's ODI World Cup title victory, India skipper Harmanpreet Kaur said that the win was the culmination of two years of meticulous planning, consistency and collective effort rather than overnight success.

India clinched their maiden ODI World Cup title with a 52-run win over South Africa in the final at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, marking a defining moment in women’s cricket.

“After Amol (Muzumdar) sir joined as coach, we finally had proper planning. Before that, we struggled with frequent coaching changes. We actually planned everything two years ago, writing down each series, tournament schedules, training camps and fitness programs. BCCI supported us completely, telling us to take whatever we needed without pressure,” Harmanpreet said on JioStar.

Our Invisible Self~II

Theordinaryman’smemory cannot hold the consciousness of allexperiences, but the underlyingdivine power or memory retains everything. Put differently, an ordinary mortal may forget things, but his subconscious ‘self registers everything. However, his super-consciousness, with divine felicity, remembers everything. Through this timeless memory, He (God) wants us to remember our own divine origin and go back to it
