To file final red herring prospectus this week
HDFC Bank's fully-owned subsidiary HDB Financial Services is likely to hit the market by next week with a ₹12,500 crore IPO, the biggest by a non-banking lender. This issue will value the company at ₹62,000 crore.
The company is set to file the final red herring prospectus with the Sebi later this week and open the issue as early as next week, a person with an investment banker working on the issue told TNIE Tuesday. Another person said HDB Financial is eyeing a post-money valuation of about ₹62,000 crore.
