Andhra, K'taka, Bihar, T'gana, Maha, UP see double-digit growth; while Jharkhand, Manipur see fall in revenue
The goods and services tax (GST) collections reached ₹1.86 lakh crore in August, a 6.5% increase over the same month last year, according to data released by the Ministry of Finance on Monday. However, the collection in August is slightly lower than that of July's ₹1.96 lakh crore.
