V'nagaram students secure first and third ranks Vizianagaram/Parvathipuram-Manyam: Two students from the erstwhile Vizianagaram district have excelled in the Telangana EAPCET-2025, securing the state first and third ranks in the engineering stream. Palla Bharath Chandra, a native of Gunapuram village under Komarada mandal in Parvathipuram-Manyam district, secured the state first rank in the engineering stream. Bharath Chandra's father, Ramakrishna, serves as a head constable at the marine police station in Chintapalli and currently resides in Ilisipuram colony under Srikakulam municipal corporation limits, while Bharath Chandra is studying in Hyderabad. Pammina Hema Sai Surya Karthik from Vizianagaram secured the state third rank in the engineering stream and is studying at Sri Chaitanya Vedavyas campus in Vijayawada

THE TG-EAPCET 2025 saw a slight decline in the qualification rates for both the engineering and agriculture & pharmacy (A&P) streams compared to last year. The results were released on Sunday by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.

A total of 3,07,088 candidates registered for the examination, which was held in a computer-based format across 124 centres in the state. The A&P exam was conducted on April 29 and 30, while the engineering exam took place from May 2 to 4.
