CATS BOSS SURPRISED AT ROOM ON THE BALL
REGIS Le Bris admitted Sunderland were surprised at how much time and space they were given on the ball by Liverpool as they claimed a 1-1 draw at Anfield but says once they found their belief they could have won the game.
The Black Cats came within a whisker of a huge upset at Anfield, having led through Chemsdine Talbi’s deflected opener on Wednesday night.
A late Nordi Mukiele own goal cancelled out that strike, while Wilson Isidor saw his late effort cleared off the line as Sunderland were the better side throughout the game.
