Coto De Caza looks a Beverley banker

Coto De Caza can make the most of a drop in class in the Eddie And Violet Smith Conditions Stakes at Beverley today.

Simon and Ed Crisford's filly showed some very decent form as a juvenile but has only been seen once so far this term.

At two she won the valuable Alice Keppel Conditions Stakes at Glorious Goodwood and was then favourite for a Listed race up at Ayr, in which she was beaten just a length into third.

After that though she took a big step forward when winning the Cornwallis Stakes at Newmarket, a Group 3 against the colts, which was an excellent way to end her first season.
