Safa 'sneaks in' policy item to deal with defiant NEC members

The rebellious and outspoken Safa national executive committee members are up in arms with regard to an item that they claim has been sneaked and inserted into the association's agenda for the coming meeting on June 20.

The item is about Safa's “communications policy and the violation of the policy”, and the members believe that the association wants to use it to punish them for having been outspoken about their grievances and the allegations they made that the association is being run to the ground.

News reaching this publication is that the defiant NEC members, who are fighting for change and accusing Safa president Danny Jordaan of corruption and running the organisation into the ground, could be facing suspension for publicly hanging the organisation's dirty linen.
