Retired Accounts Personnel Welfare Forum extends support to Nationwide Pensioners’ protest on June 23

JAMMU: The Retired Accounts Personnel Welfare Forum (Jammu & Kashmir Accounts ICON Group) has officially extended its full support to the nationwide protest call given by the All India State Pensioners Federation (AISPF) scheduled for June 23, 2025.

The protest aims to raise concerns over the alleged exclusion of retired employees from the benefits of the upcoming 8th Pay Commission.
In a statement issued with the approval of Forum President M.S. Zahid, the organization expressed deep concern over reports emerging from media and credible sources indicating that the Government of India may consider leaving out retired government employees from the scope of the 8th Pay Commission.
