The St Mirren wing-back was snapped up by boss Robbo in the summer after winning promotion to England's National League with Boreham Wood.

He has been a regular in the starting lineup and will be hoping to shine on the Hampden stage this Sunday in the final of the Premier Sports Cup with Celtic.

And he credits his gaffer for creating the perfect environment to thrive-even if that does mean being pushed out of his comfort zone.
