School in tribute to 'one-of-a-kind' girl

POLICE INVESTIGATING 'UNEXPLAINED' DEATH OF TEENAGER

A SCHOOL has paid a moving tribute to a 'one-of-a-kind' pupil who was 'full of character' following her shock death.

Casey-Louise Horrocks, 13, from Mossley in Tameside, was found unresponsive at a flat in Huddersfield on Monday, August 11.

Emergency services attended the address on Sheepridge Road, in the West Yorkshire town, at around 11.30pm.

She was taken to hospital where she died in the early hours of the following morning.

Her death is being treated as 'unexplained' with a postmortem having been unable to determine how she died.

Investigations, being led by West Yorkshire Police's Homicide team, are continuing, the force say.
