Usually it pays to be on the speed on the round course at Nottingham but two of the Grassroots series races were won by holdup performers last week. So it can be done when the circumstances are right and they look right for SAYTARR.

Progressive this year, his two wins have come on the all-weather but he has similar form on ground good or slightly slower and he just looks like a horse going the right way whatever the surface.

He did well to overcome a slow pace at Kempton last time, winning by the minimum margin. But there should be no such issues here with perennial front-runner Garden Oasis and Ultrasoul, who also tends to go forward, in attendance.
