Liverpool need a reaction but Chelsea can share the points

LIVERPOOL remain top of the Premier League heading into this weekend, but there has been a vulnerability about the champions for several weeks now.

It all came to a head over the last seven days with defeats to Crystal Palace and Galatasaray, and they have their work cut out to stop that bad run this evening.

A trip to Stamford Bridge is not the easiest of pick-me-up fixtures for Arne Slot's men, but there are just as many questions to answer for Chelsea as there are for the visitors.

From a Liverpool perspective, the likes of Milos Kerkez and Alexander Isak must start delivering, especially the record signing, as his rustiness is his own fault due to his preseason antics.
