In fact, the average screen time exceeded 6 to 10 hours. This reliance is amplified by remote work and online learning, and makes avoiding screens in our daily lives nearly impossible.

Getting regular eye exams are crucial and Sudeshna Choudhury, Optometrist, Sightsavers India, shares, “The symptoms can feel like there's sand in your eyes, a burning sensation, blurry vision, and a sensitivity to light, coupled with watery eyes, redness, along with irritation and inflammation.”
