3 Dead After Fire Breaks Out in Flat in Rajkot

A fire broke out on Friday morning at the Atlantis building, residential flat in Rajkot, leaving three people dead and one minor injured.
AHMEDABAD: Police said the blaze started on the sixth floor around 10am, then rapidly spread to the fifth floor, causing residents into panic.
Emergency services, including the police, fire department, and ambulance services, rushed to building premises on the 150 feet Ring Road and initiated a swift rescue operation. "One injured is being treated at a hospital. Everyone else was safely evacuated and the fire is under control," said Rajkot Jagdish Bangarwa, deputy commissioner of police.
