NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court on Wednesday posted for January 17 next year the Enforcement Directorate (ED)'s plea against the bail granted to former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case in connection with the now-scrapped Delhi excise policy 2021-2022.
A bench of justice Manoj Kumar Ohri fixed the next date of hearing after ED's counsel Zoheb Hossain urged the court to adjourn the matter due to unavailability of additional solicitor general SV Raju.
