New plea to track down the motorbike gunman

THE parents of a nine-year-old girl critically injured after a gunman opened fire on an east London restaurant said today they are unsure if “she will be able to speak or move again” — as police issued new images of a suspect.
The girl was at the Evin restaurant in Kingsland High Street in Dalston on May 29 when she became caught up in the shooting between two rival Turkish drug gangs.
A gunman on a Ducati Monster motorbike fired “a number of shots” towards the building, hitting the girl and three men sitting outside. The nine-year-old, who is from Birmingham and had been visiting family in London, remains in a critical condition 49 days after the attack.
The injured men — aged 37, 42 and 44 and thought to be of Turkish origin — were discharged from hospital a few days later. The child’s mother and father said: “We are devastated about what has happened. Our daughter remains stable but in a critical condition.
