THE DCI Social Housing Project in Goodwood has earned international recognition, taking home a Silver award in the “Social Project of the Year” category at the International Project Management Association (IPMA) Global Project Excellence Awards 2025, held at the Axica Congress Centre in Berlin, Germany.
AWARD: Kelly Arendse
The accolade was presented during the IPMA‘s 60th Awards Gala, which saw projects from across the globe competing for top honours.
The award highlights the project's role in expanding access to affordable, dignified housing while fostering inclusive communities in Cape Town.
