ENZO MARESCA is confident Chelsea can make a charge for the title as Cole Palmer was given the green light to face Arsenal.

Star man Palmer is back for tomorrow's top-of-thetable clash, with the Blues bidding to cut the gap to Mikel Arteta's side to three points.

Maresca, rightly, spent much of last season playing down his side's title chances.

But the Chelsea boss says his team are a different beast now.
