Teen terrified pupils with gun videos

A PUPIL posted a chilling video of himself firing a gun and warned a classmate that he planned to “shoot up the school.”

The 16-year-old then brought the weapon into the classroom and other pupils saw him remove it from his backpack.

Patrikas Jakstas, now 18, admitted a charge of threatening behaviour at his city home, at a named high school and elsewhere, in February 2024.

Jakstas, from Perth, appeared at the city’s sheriff court and pled guilty to making a threat of violence, and sending a video of himself discharging the gun, to three children, aged 14, 16 and 17.
