Family of child shot in gangland attack pray for her full recovery
THE distraught parents of a nineyear-old girl shot at a restaurant fear she will never speak or move properly again.
The youngster, who "only went for ice cream", was hit in a suspected gangland attack when a gunman on a Ducati Monster motorbike opened fire.
She is in a stable but critical condition 49 days after the shooting in Kingsland High Street, Dalston, East London.
Three men, aged 37, 42 and 44, sitting outside the Evin Turkish restaurant were also shot but were discharged from hospital days later.
