£50k cash boost for Bullough Park

THE 11 award-winning green spaces across Hyndburn borough may soon reach a round dozen, following a major cash injection from the council.
Bullough Park, the almost 17-acre recreation ground at the top of Avenue Parade, is set to receive £50,000 worth of improvements after a major commitment from Hyndburn Borough Council.
The aim of this investment is to bring the park up to the standard of 11 other outdoor spaces across the area, which have all earned the internationally recognised Green Flag award for their quality and regular maintenance.
