A study into New Zealand blackcurrant extract revealed that subjects ran further in trials, with increases in average running distance of 16.7% - or 328m - compared to a placebo.

The research, published in the Nutrients Journal, shows that by taking CurraNZ, recreational athletes can respond highly and repeatedly, by running several hundred metres further in high-intensity efforts.
