STARS JOIN HELLO! TO SMILE FOR A GOOD CAUSE

Hearts were full and incredible charity films were given the recognition they deserved as we joined the stars on a night of tears and smiles

Wearing their best smiles and most glamorous outfits, stars including actresses Patsy Kensit, Tamzin Outhwaite and Patsy Palmer supported causes close to their hearts at the “Oscars of the charity world” last week.

Held at Indigo at London’s O2 with HELLO! as the media partner, the eighth annual Smiley Charity Film Awards invited big names to enjoy an inspirational evening celebrating the power of film to bring about change.

The awards were hosted by TV and radio presenter Lisa Snowdon, chic in a red Maison Valentino mini dress with bow details, presenting awards whittled down from 520 entries and judged by an expert panel.

Joining HELLO! in the VIP bar ahead of the main event, Lisa mingled with stars from TV and the arts, drinking a selection of wines and sampling delicious canapes including mini salted beef and pickle buns, sea bass and Moroccan fritters.
