Freedom Special: Celebs Break Free From Unhealthy Habits

Raveena Tandon

“Bad habits interrupt the flow of life, and prevent you from accomplishing your goals. Most of the time, they are simply a way of dealing with boredom.

“Earlier, I used to skip the first meal of the day, which can have serious consequences on one’s weight and energy levels.

“Breaking a bad habit takes time and effort, but mostly it takes perseverance.

“I needed to transform into a healthy person, so I started setting my diet plan two weeks in advance. It was a simple and workable solution"

Sharman Joshi

“French fries are my all-time favourite but I have stopped indulging in them, and I have been successful in giving it up.

“I stated following a protein-rich diet and practise moderation in everything.”

Mandana Karimi

“I used to eat junk food (as I don’t put on weight easily). But I started eating clean and green food, and I even tried turning vegetarian.

“So basically, I changed my eating habits. Now I eat junk food only once a week, when I’m on vacation or when I’ve been regular at the gym and my yoga classes.”

Tanishaa Mukerji

“The one bad habit I managed to beat is binging on chocolate!
