PETULANT Prince Harry delivered a staggering final insult in his vicious royal family feud — a shocking public snub of his dying 95-year-old grandmother, Queen Elizabeth!

Egged on by his high-maintenance wife, Meghan, the renegade royal refused to attend the Westminster Abbey memorial service for his grandfather Prince Philip, who died last April at age 99 — and instead is jetting to the Netherlands for the Invictus Games, the military veterans’ sporting event he founded.
