Tara Prasad Dhal is well known architect from The Design Group, Bhubaneswar, who has been designing energy efficient buildings for more than two decades and has created several landmark buildings, designed the 1st Net Positive Energy Building of India for Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (CSERC) at Raipur.
