Today, architecture is about Sustainability is about Green Building, is about helping to reduce the energy needs of a building, is about reducing global warming & climate change. Architects make a clear impact on local environment and the well-being of those who inhabit the spaces, thus Architects & Designers need to provide sustainable, green & eco-friendly elements in all their designs. Aesthetically created space always catches human eyes. Such attractive space decorated with striking interior generates an aura of peace and tranquility. In this issue we have brought some bright and cheerful architectural and interior designing projects by some of the most talented professionals. The spectacular touch which Ar. Swapnil Jaggi has given to his own office is second to none. Swapnil Jaggi of Raipur, who is renowned for designing award-winning spaces, has designed his own office allowing his creativity and passion to flow freely and thereby has been able to create wonderful spaces. Ar. Anatoly Roskovsko and Designer Katerina Roskovskhenko from ‘Rosko Design’ used the principle of symmetrical arrangement of objects in the traditional classical style and complemented the interior with modern art objects in this modern classic splendor ‘Savage Ground House’ at Vila Kozin, Ukraine. Inspired from Laurie Baker’s techniques and concept of simple design approach along with sensitivity, Ar. Amresh Hati from NAAMS Architectural Workshope created a sophisticated and interactive design just the way kids like it, with Apple Kids Play School in Bengaluru. The young and talented Ar. Gargi Kumari has created a separate niche for herself. While designing the residence for Mrs. Sambita Bose in Cuttack, she ensured a balance between aesthetic and function and created an exhilarating ambience and at the same time produced a contemporary and functionally livable space.
