Started three years back, today The Neptune GLITZ has a pan-India presence with thousands of readers and subscribers. It has earned recognition, appreciation and admiration as one of the best publication in the field of architecture and design. Ar. Vo Trong Nghia, a creative genius, a leader in Vietnamese Architecture & Design, who has won many accolades for his style of sustainable & green architecture. We bring you one such design 'House for Trees' in Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam, a prototypical house, an honest effort to change the situation and to return green space into the city. Environmental sustainability, Socio-cultural appropriateness, Timeless aesthetics and Economic affordability are the key principles of Ar. Yatin Pandya’s work. ‘Pakhana pe Khana’ exalting sanitation for socialization, is one such project designed in order to change people’s mindset about toilets and raise awareness about sanitation issues, a toilet park is created at the Harijan Ashram, Ahmedabad. Bringing his sensibilities to the site coupled with the architectural skills, the design vocabulary speaks eloquently and the result is simply amazing with the ‘Parwani Residence’ at civil lines Raipur, designed by Ar. Swapnil Jaggi. The contemporary interior elegance combined with fantastic design creates a symphony of style which has been thoughtfully planned and well appointed in this ‘Classy Residence at Vessella Homes’ designed by Ar. Pawan Kakade and Medha Kakade of Kreative House, Hyderabad. Ar. Hiten Kothari lets his creativity visible everywhere in the studio, where the ambience itself infuses positive energy and generates self-belief among the inhabitants.
