This issue has many interesting articles on various topics on third gender which is rare and unique in the field of contemporary features in Odia language. The topics on this issue includes our myth, scriptures, philosophy, psychology ,sociology and medical science on third gender and transgender. The interviews with eminent personalities like Acharya Mahamandaleswar Laxmi Tripathy and Meera Parida, Chairperson of All Odisha Third Gender Welfare Trust, Sadhana Mishra, Aiswarya Rutuparna and Mr. Pratap Kumar Sahu focus on articulate live experiences of this community. An article on Biju Pattnaik written by Prof. Santanu Kumar Acharya is a tribute to this legendary statesman of our state on occasion of his birth centenary. To commemorate the world women's day, this march issue includes short stories and poems written by the eminent women writers of our language.
