Welcome to issue 151 of The GameOn Magazine!
While I have to readily admit that a certain movie
theme composed by John Williams has been echoing
throughout GameOn Towers for days now, I can’t
fault our team’s ability to review other games. We’ve
got a packed issue on that front, and it’s not like we’ve
skimped on the rest of the mag!
While there’s only one anniversary article (which
narrowly missed last month’s deadline, it’s a well
timed one. Angry Birds Space came out 10 years ago,
and mere weeks ago Rovio re-released the original
game rebuilt in the Unity engine. We also have the
usual So I Trieds, Is It Any Good, some tips, and the
start of a new diary series.
While not all of them have a solid quarter of release
announced so far, almost all of the games in our
previews are coming out soon. Whether it’s weeks or
months it’s not always clear, but at least you can keep
an eye out for them. Out now in Steam’s Early Access
we have Hidden Deep, Fire on Fight, Thy Creature,
and Have a Nice Death. Other than those we have
Tinykin, Jack Move, and 10 games all-in-all!
As I mentioned before, the reviews are where most of
these pages have gone, with mostly very wellreviewed
games! See if you can spot the single 4/10
bringing the magazine’s average down. Alana ran up
The Ramp, Mike wrestled with WWE 2K22, and
FluffyAxe potted some Strange Horticulture.
Meanwhile, Gorzagorz caused Babylon's Fall, Jinny
caught the Pokémon Legends: Arceus, and Samiee
drove the Agent Intercept. You know about the
biggest reviews already, because you looked at the
front cover, so I won’t mention those.
