I dette nummeret
Welcome to the May issue of The GameOn Magazine! We’re desperately wriggling around to try and get rid of this Easter Egg
weight (where’s that copy of Just Dance…?), and bringing another great month of game reviews, articles and interviews. I won’t gild the lily this month, I’ll just tell you what we’ve got! We’re really wondering this month, as you can see by me pondering Telltale’s plans with Marvel, Ethan’s reflecting on F.E.A.R. and Nathan considering patches & updates. Our other Nathan thinks that Battlefield 1 is the best, Apothecary escaped Arma 3 and Christian went for a Party Hard - and there’s plenty more! We have two interviews this month, one with Philippe Boulle, Game Director of Dawn of War III, and the other with Train Simulator World Producer, Matt Peddlesden. Kicking into previews, Apothecary had a barbarian of a time with Conan Exiles, Marcello saw the distant future of combat with Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf and Simon took command of Elite Dangerous: Horizons - The Commanders. There are five others, but I’ve hit my quota of funny.
Finally, our reviews are packed with more hours of gameplay than one person can fit into a month. I spent the better part of a week with Persona 5, and explored my Deus Ex Mankind Divided: Criminal Past. Marcello fought across Bolivia in Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Gary took a visit to Thimbleweed Park, and Ethan went FlatOut 4: Total Insanity. With 18 reviews, I’ll just mention these last two big ones: Thomas returned to platforming collectathons with Yooka-Laylee, and Simon visited another galaxy in Mass Effect: Andromeda.
