Welcome to the January 2017 issue of The
GameOn Magazine! It only took me three attempts to write the year correctly, so we’re already off to a spectacular start. You might think that January isn’t a month for big releases, and rest assured it’s not measuring up to be one. Luckily, due to their release dates and our publishing dates, we have some of the biggest titles of 2016 for you to read through. First off, as usual we have a smattering of articles for you to check out. Ethan ranked the Silent Hill games, Nathan reminisced about the SNES classic Super Mario RPG and I finally finished Telltale’s Back to the Future. There’s a few others, but I’ll let you discover those. As you might expect these are followed by some of the latest gamescom previews (I swear we’re almost through them!), and some normal previews. Owen tells the Tales of Berseria, Christian has a Stellar Interface, Dom tries to Metal Gear Survive and I got crafty with Craft Keep VR. There are 19 in total, and not all of them have clever puns that I can make, so make sure to check them out. Finally, our reviews for a whole bunch of AAA titles. Apoth called in a Titanfall 2, Anna watched the Watch_ Dogs 2 and Calum became Dishonored 2. Meanwhile, Simon was reading The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, James went to the World of Final Fantasy and Tyler rode the Planet Coaster. 26 reviews in total, with plenty more to come next month.
