We are arriving at that time of year when the fervour of Christmas has peaked and we’re staring down the barrel of a new beginning – a new year. Often, we think negative things about ourselves and resolve to make them better (also known as ‘resolutions’). These practices are as old as time, and have done nothing to better our relationship with food.
