The UAE has made significant changes to its arbitration law in the past year. This issue of Court Uncourt includes an overview of the new arbitration laws that the emirate of Dubai has enforced. It is seen that Dubai, through Decree 34 of 2021, has consolidated the arbitration centers in Dubai, intending to streamline the function and control of Arbitration within the emirate.
