We as believers have a God who is faithful and keeps His word. The bible declares that it is impossible for Him to lie. In james the bible exhorts us to be doers of the word of God for if we do not we deceive ourselves. Sometimes we think certain circumstances come upon us because the devil is on our case or we think it’s not God’s will. However,the bible says resist the devil and he will free. The bible says in Joshua 1:8 to meditate on the word and you shall make your way prosperous. You see we as christians have a part to play in living the life God wants us to have. We must be doers of the word and we must be led of the Holy Spirit.

In our second issue we cover how God speaks to us and the  ways in which we can personally hear Him  for ourselves and we feature on our cover story Angela Lahay, an Interior designer all the way from Houston Texas who shares her story of how she had lost hope in God but God brought her back to him by his grace. We pray that you will surely be blessed by this edition!

There are many promises in the bible and there are those who feel that some of these scriptures and promises are not for this day and age. However, we are of the opinion that they are relevant just as much now as they were then in Bible times.
