During the height of the pandemic, to pass the time and earn extra money for my family, I started making themed cookie kits (a dozen undecorated cookies accompanied by three bags of various colored icings and an assortment of sugar decor) for my neighbors.
“To my delight, the cookie kits were a hit! I’ve always been an avid baker, so I decided to get my Cottage License so I could legally sell what I bake at home.
